With URETEK’s advanced technologies, ground reinforcement and structural leveling can be performed with millimeter precision. All lifting operations are monitored using high-precision equipment, ensuring safe and reliable results without any negative impact.
URETEK METHODS
Foundation Lifting and Ground Reinforcement Using Deep Injection Technology
DEEP INJECTION technology is used to restore the bearing capacity of foundation soils and structures in the shortest possible time, without excavation work. It is suitable for both private houses and industrial facilities at any stage of construction, as well as during operation without interrupting ongoing processes.

Deep Injection
If floors have settled, cracks have appeared in walls or the foundation, or the building has tilted, it indicates the onset of structural deterioration. Possible causes include design errors, poor construction quality, and external factors such as soil loosening, pipeline leaks, or a high groundwater level.
Advantages of the method
The method involves the targeted injection of a two-component polymer resin into the soil. Due to a chemical reaction during mixing, the URETEK material can expand up to 30 times in volume (depending on project requirements), resulting in soil compaction, void filling, and the displacement of moisture from the pores.
Can be performed in confined and hard-to-reach areas with minimal noise and vibration impact
A minimum 5-year warranty is provided for all completed works, confirming their high quality and reliability.
A high level of process control, including monitoring of the treated soil volume.
The technology enables targeted soil reinforcement exactly where it is required. It is particularly effective in cases of man-made impacts on the foundation during operation.
Stabilization and Lifting of Reinforced Concrete Slab Structures
Using SLAB LIFTING technology not only allows you to stop slab settlement (including foundation slabs) but also to lift the structure to its design level, significantly increasing the foundation’s load-bearing capacity and filling all voids at the slab-to-soil interface. This is an ideal solution for repair and restoration work in warehouses, logistics centers, and other infrastructure facilities such as roads, overpasses, airport runways, and more.

Slab Lifting
If a concrete slab has settled or cracked, this may be due to weakened or insufficient load-bearing capacity of the foundation.
Advantages of the method
The technology involves injecting a special geopolymer mixture under the slab using thin steel tubes called packers. The mixture begins expanding within the first minute. As a result, the foundation soil is compacted, its load-bearing capacity is increased, and the slab is lifted to its design level.
The equipment, work methods, and materials used are designed to minimize intervention in the existing structure, without interrupting production processes at the facility.
A minimum 5-year warranty is provided for all completed works, confirming their high quality and reliability.
A high level of process control, including monitoring of the treated soil volume.
Provides waterproofing from the base side, reduces vibration susceptibility or transmission, and enhances the thermal insulation properties of the foundation.
Geopolymer Piles as an Alternative to Traditional Solutions
POWERPILE technology enables the creation of a reliable foundation even in water-saturated and peat soils. Geopolymer piles are an excellent alternative to traditional foundation construction methods in challenging ground conditions. The technology allows work to be carried out beneath existing buildings and is suitable for all types of structures.

POWERPILE
If your home, warehouse, or office is built on weak soil and is already settling, immediate soil reinforcement and restoration of the building’s foundation load-bearing capacity will be required.
Advantages of the method
During the process, injection tubes with Kevlar sheaths are inserted into the ground to a depth of up to 6 meters, and a special geopolymer mixture is pumped into them. The material then expands and hardens within the sheath, forming a pile that functions through both side friction and end-bearing, thereby increasing the foundation’s load-bearing capacity.
The possibility of installing a geopolymer pile or column in hard-to-reach areas with instant load transfer
A minimum 5-year warranty is provided for all completed works, confirming their high quality and reliability.
High load-bearing capacity
on the lateral surface due to the roughness of the pile walls or the column "wedged" into the soil foundation
Waterproofs the base. Reduces vibration susceptibility or leakage. Increases the thermal insulation of the base
Lightweight Filling of Voids, Cavities, and Structures
Using SLAB LIFTING technology not only allows you to stop slab settlement (including foundation slabs) but also to lift the structure to its design level, significantly increasing the foundation’s load-bearing capacity and filling all voids at the slab-to-soil interface. This is an ideal solution for repair and restoration work in warehouses, logistics centers, and other infrastructure facilities such as roads, overpasses, airport runways, and more.

BENEFIL
It is necessary to carry out the preservation of an old collector or underground pipeline, an abandoned mine or tunnel, and traditional methods are too expensive or do not allow for the quality “freezing” of the object – use an innovative solution.
Advantages of the method
The material is injected under pressure. At the same time, the working station with a reserve of the composition can be located within a radius of up to 100 meters from the injection site. During the work process, the composition expands several times, completely filling the technical voids.
The method has a wide range of applications, including the stabilization of mines, metro tunnels, pipelines, technical tanks, and the reinforcement of dams.
A minimum 5-year warranty is provided for all completed works, confirming their high quality and reliability.
Enables rapid decommissioning of the facility. Capable of absorbing residual liquids and gases.
The polymer is completely safe for the environment, fire-resistant, and can be recycled for reuse.
