By this document, in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated July 27, 2006, I, the personal data subject (hereinafter referred to as the “User”), while using the website: http://uretek.ru/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), freely, by my own will and in my own interest, hereby express my full, unconditional and unambiguous consent to the processing of my personal data (hereinafter referred to as the “Consent”) on the following terms:

7.This Consent to the processing of personal data is effective from the moment it is provided to the Operator until the purposes of processing are achieved, based on the Operator’s documents regulating the processing of personal data. Upon achievement of the purposes of processing personal data, as well as in the event of withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data by the User, the personal data shall be destroyed in accordance with the requirements of the Operator’s administrative documentation.

- This Consent is given for automated and non-automated processing of the following personal data provided below:

- Surname
- First name
- Patronymic (if any)
- Mobile phone number
- informing me about services provided by the Operator (Website Administration);
- making direct contacts, including for the purpose of sending notifications and information related to my requests and applications;
- providing consultations on matters related to the activities of GROUND ENGINEERING LLC.
