The project in detail
The method involved injecting expanding resins into the foundation base. Deep Uretek injections were used to compact and strengthen the soil and foundation. This restored the bearing capacity of the base to support the house structures. After that, 42 m of foundations were lifted to the design levels, and the average lift was 45 mm. This method involved no excavation or mess that would affect the beauty of the site and its surroundings, let alone the springtime headache. In just three days, a precise, desired result was achieved.
Solution
During the work, the residents did not leave the property and witnessed the operations. All work was carried out with special care and cleanliness. The settlement stopped, which was confirmed by repeated geomonitoring during the warranty period.
