The building is 2‑storey, heated, without a basement. The building has an irregular shape in plan. Building dimensions in axes 1‑9/A‑E – 28.1 x 20.5 m. Floor-to-ceiling heights: 1st floor – 3.42 m; 2nd floor – 3.3 m. The structural scheme of the building is frame-braced, with longitudinal and transverse load‑bearing walls and internal metal columns and floor beams.

Method:
Deep injection.
The monolithic reinforced concrete internal foundation slab began to experience uneven settlement. As a consequence – uneven settlement of the load‑bearing columns resting on the slab.

Task
Stop the settlement processes of the foundation slab.
Solution
To solve the task, a preliminary comprehensive survey of the foundation base was carried out, the results of which confirmed loosening of the foundation soils.
