Slab foundations of reactor vessels in a chemical plant facility.

Deep Injection, Slab Lifting.
During the construction of reinforced concrete slab‑type foundations for the reactors, uneven settlement occurred, causing the reactors to tilt. Due to the production process requirements, the verticality tolerance for the reactor structures is ±5 mm at the support “feet”.
Task:
Level the reactor structures in the horizontal plane by lifting the foundations.

To solve the task, preliminary strengthening of the foundation soils was carried out to prevent further settlement, and the reactor structures were levelled in the horizontal plane by lifting the foundations.
