Problem
CJSC AD Plastic is an international company manufacturing plastic parts for subsequent installation in automobiles. In 2014, in one of the production workshops of AD Plastic, new equipment with a total weight of 86 tons was installed, after which deformations of the reinforced concrete floor slab occurred.
Solution
Using URETEK technology, work was carried out to strengthen the bearing capacity of the soils to a depth of up to -3.5 m (from the floor slab surface) and to restore the bearing capacity of the reinforced concrete floor slab in the deformed areas. All work was performed without stopping production at CJSC AD Plastic. The work duration was 8 calendar days. The company also provided a 60‑month warranty to CJSC AD Plastic on the quality of the work performed.
