Business Centre, Moscow, Berezhkovskaya Embankment. In September 2014, in one of the business centre buildings, namely a three‑storey steel‑frame building intended for office rental, work was carried out using URETEK technology to stabilise the foundation soils.
Solution
Since the building was already in operation, all work was carried out at night, which did not affect the functioning and operation of the business centre in any way. The work duration was 21 calendar days.
