Problem
After excavation work for a future house, the customer discovered settlement of several buildings adjacent to the construction site. The foundations of the buildings are rubble stone, with a depth of at least 1.5 m. After a comprehensive survey, Uretek Ground Engineering confirmed the presence of loosened soil layers at levels from -2.7 m to -3.3 m from the ground surface.

Solution
The foundation soils were strengthened in the plane from -2.7 m to -3.3 m to create a stable geotechnical mass. All work was carried out under constant supervision of the customer's surveying service.
