Problem
In May 2015, during the construction of a monolithic frame residential building, settlement of the foundation slab beyond permissible tolerances was detected.
Solution
Using URETEK technology, to prevent uneven settlement of the foundation slab, work was carried out to stabilise and compact the foundation soils in the backfill thickness down to -3 m from the bottom of the foundation slab.
