Problem
During operation of the building, deformations of load‑bearing structures and their damage in the form of cracks were detected. Soil testing of the foundation base revealed that the soil layers beneath the foundation footing are uneven, as evidenced by the difference in probing readings of the base soils of adjacent sections of the building.
