On the site of a residential house with an underground garage, at the entrance to the garage, systematic wetting and waterlogging of the enclosing walls on the sides was observed, which led to the formation of mould and puddles in the leakage area.
Problem
Task to be solved:
Carrying out work to restore waterproofing from the outside of the underground garage entrance enclosures. Within a few hours, without excavation, and with the possibility of simultaneous operation of the building.
Objective:
Waterproofing of retaining walls, preventing moisture penetration through the joints in the concrete wall blocks and the formation of water puddles on the driveway to the basement garage.

Technologies applied:
The problem was solved by the method of wall‑side horizontal injection SLAB LIFTING, according to URETEK technology. The injection of URETEK polymer, which has waterproofing properties, was carried out at the point of contact between the wall surface and the soil through small‑diameter metal tubes, which made it possible to carry out waterproofing work quickly and efficiently. Additionally, in addition to creating a waterproof coating on the external surface of the walls (due to contact filtration of the solution during its hardening), the existing voids along the contact in the walls and soil were filled, along with their compaction.

Solution
As a result of the injections performed within 4 hours, a waterproofing barrier was created that prevents moisture penetration through the joints in the concrete blocks of the walls enclosing the garage entrance and the formation of water puddles inside it.
