Problem
During the installation of soil‑cement columns 25 m long, the existing pile foundation of the building’s load‑bearing columns experienced technological settlement exceeding the permissible limits.

Solution
To solve the task, a special deep composition Uretek was injected using the column injection method along the lateral surface of each foundation pile of the column according to a specific scheme. Using a modern set of wireless devices, the entire injection process was monitored online from depth to the surface. The high adhesion and rapid curing speed of the materials used made it possible to efficiently and quickly accomplish the task of increasing the bearing capacity of the existing pile foundation.
